Ten-Year Financial Plan Presentation

Date:
Monday, November 15, 2021
Time:
1:05 PM - 2:30 PM
Place:
Zoom

As we’ve done in past years, we are once again planning to share the UCSF Ten-Year Financial Plan with the campus community to help promote greater understanding of UCSF finances and how they support our ambitious facilities plan. This year’s event will be held November 15, 2021, at 1:05pm via Zoom.

Each year during the last decade, UCSF has developed a comprehensive ten-year financial plan informed by robust financial analysis and ongoing, careful monitoring of all revenue sources and cost items. The plan serves as a strategic road map, drives programmatic investment and optimal resource allocation, informs cash management and investment optimization, and ensures that UCSF has sufficient long-term debt capacity. The 2021 plan was presented to the Chancellor and his Cabinet last month.

Senior Associate Vice Chancellor and CFO Mike Clune will be joined by Vice President/Chief Financial Officer-Shared Services for UCSF Health Lana Arad, Finance Director-Shared Services for UCSF Health, John Kim, and others for a review of last year’s financial outcomes and the forward-looking ten-year plan

All members of the UCSF community are welcome to attend the presentation.  This year, we will be offering only one presentation. If you plan to attend, please register here

Last year's plan and presentation recording can be found on financesecure.ucsf.edu, see the Presentations & Other Materials menu tab.
